Compare us to international prices! Take the price, multiply
by the current exchange rate, add state tax and then add shipping costs (+-10%
of total price). You'll see we're still cheaper.
You will never pay us more for golf equipment than anywhere
else in the world.
Find it cheaper elsewhere? We will match the price plus 10%
of the difference.
Find it cheaper within 30 days of buying it from us? We will
refund the difference plus 10%.
Bought it from us and we reduce the price within 30 days? We
will refund the difference.
When you buy from us, the price you see, is the price you
pay. With many online retailers, you need to include the cost of shipping, duty
and taxes when comparing our price to a competitor as the price advertised on
these platforms is not necessarily the price you will pay when adding in all
the additional costs!
Please note the following:
The Price Promise does not apply to new store
openings, store re-launches, online-only promotions (Including but not limited
to The Pro Shop Online Only promotions), display, aged, discontinued, or
damaged stock.
The Price Promise does not apply to one day only
sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Minute Madness Deals.
The competitor in question must be in-stock of
that identical item.
The competitor must be a legitimate retailer, and
the price to beat must include the cost of delivery and duties/tax where
applicable.
The items up for comparison must be the identical
item, brand, barcode, volume/weight.
The warranty/guarantee period must be identical to
that of the competitor product in every way.
The retailer deemed to be a competitor needs to be a valid
VAT registered retailer – accredited by our suppliers as a reseller of their
goods and brands that are in question.
Any disputes arising from The Price Promise needs to
be Taken up with the original store of purchase (Physical or Online)
The price promise does not apply to local or international
online marketplaces where individuals (as opposed to LEGITIMATE RETAILERS) are
selling product. This includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, Gumtree, OLX,
Craigslist, e-Bay.
